Receive new vehicles from car carriers and inspect them for any defects, reporting issues promptly to the Branch Manager.

Conduct weekly battery maintenance checks on all vehicles to ensure proper functionality and readiness.

Ensure all display vehicles are clean, presentable, and in good condition before being placed in the showroom.

Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of all test-drive vehicles to ensure they are safe and customer-ready.

Coordinate the ferrying and swapping of vehicles between respective branches as required.

Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections (PDI) to ensure vehicles are defect-free, properly maintained, and ready for customer delivery.

Manage vehicle accessories and maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.

Assist with minor maintenance and repair works for showroom and office facilities when required.

Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
