Responsibilities
Leverages subject-matter expertise and analysis to promote and influence business decisions. Plans and leads projects that may result in broad operational or strategic recommendations to business partners. Demonstrates mastery in assigned area and is an experienced sole contributor. Gathersinformation from various sources, including internal and external clients, and,depending on assigned area, creates comprehensive business models, management reports, key financial metrics and/or financial and strategic analyses.

Leads and drives the development and improvement of moderate to complex management information, using advanced technologies. Leverages business assumptions, keydrivers and financial data to update, design and build moderate to highly complex financial models.
Directs others to prepare models of low to moderate complexity.
Recommends appropriate data source to use.
Recommends and influences assumptions and key drivers to leverage.
Recommends and advises others on how to design and build financial models. Identifies right information and best source of data to prepare descriptive and diagnostic analysis of moderate to high complexity.
Generates predictive and prescriptive analysis in areas of moderate – high complexity.
Directs others to prepare descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analysis in areas of low to moderate complexity. Leverages business assumptions, key drivers and financial data to create messaging of moderate - high complexity.
Directs others to prepare low - moderate complexity messaging.
Creates recommendations and advises on messaging strategy generated from individual analysis or work of other teammates. Demonstrates mastery in assigned area.
Proactively develops and maintains relationships with business partners through regular involvement/interaction to understand business drivers and anticipate future needs.
Shares business acumen across the department. Promotes ideas and influences business partners on moderate to highly complex financial related questions and issues in assigned business areas.
Leverages financial insights to engage with business partners on are commended course of action.
Builds business partnerships at senior levels. Leads and assumes responsibility for the outcome of key business process, deliverable, or initiative. Proactively and independently researches and recommends opportunities for innovation and process improvements across the department. Promotes Capital Group core values.
