Job Title: Management Trainee (Bowling Center)

Role Overview
This is a hands-on training program designed to prepare you to become a future manager of a bowling and entertainment center. You will learn every part of the business—from lane maintenance and guest services to event planning and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn Daily Operations: Work hands-on across all areas, including the front desk, shoe rental, snack bar/cafe, arcade, and bowling lane operations.
- Guest Service & Support: Ensure visitors have a great experience, handle customer questions, and resolve any issues quickly.
- Event Coordination: Help plan and run birthday parties, corporate events, and league bowling nights.
- Facility Maintenance: Monitor equipment (pinsetters, scoring systems, lanes) and coordinate with technicians for repairs.
- Team Support: Help supervise part-time floor staff, schedule shifts, and assist with staff training.
- Basic Admin & Sales: Track daily sales, manage cash registers, and help promote specials to bring in more bowlers.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; past experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality/entertainment is a big plus.
- Skills: Friendly personality, great communication skills, basic computer skills, and a willingness to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, and holidays are peak times for bowling centers).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
