Role Description This is a full-time Financial Consultant role based in Singapore, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for some work-from-home flexibility. The Financial Consultant will engage clients to understand their financial goals and needs, and develop tailored financial plans that may include insurance, investment, and retirement solutions. Daily activities include conducting financial reviews, analyzing clients’ current portfolios, recommending suitable products, and explaining complex financial concepts in clear, accessible terms. The role involves maintaining long-term client relationships, monitoring market developments, and adjusting recommendations as clients’ circumstances and economic conditions evolve. The Financial Consultant will also collaborate with internal teams, attend training sessions, and adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Retirement Planning skills to design and implement comprehensive, long-term strategies for clients.
  • Candidates should possess solid Investments and Finance knowledge to evaluate products, construct portfolios, and provide informed recommendations.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess risk profiles, and identify suitable solutions.
  • Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, explain financial concepts clearly, and maintain client relationships.
  • Candidates should ideally have a diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, along with any relevant financial advisory certifications required in Singapore.
  • Candidates should demonstrate high ethical standards, attention to detail, a client-centric mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
