Full Time Marketing - Content Creation Intern Jobs, Salary up to MYR 800 in Ritelac (M) Sdn. Bhd. Federal Territory - Maukerja

Ritelac (M) Sdn. Bhd. is a growing FMCG company specializing in milk powder and chocolate malt beverages. We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Content Creation Intern to support our marketing activities, retail execution, and brand growth across Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing activities and campaigns.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Assist in creating posters, promotional materials, videos, reels and other digital content.
• Support the team in managing and updating the company's social media accounts.
• Assist in taking photos and videos of products, company activities and events.
• Write simple and engaging captions, copywriting and promotional messages.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials for products and company promotions.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
• Assist with content calendars and scheduling social media posts.
• Track basic social media performance such as views, reach, engagement and followers.
• Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Media, Creative Multimedia or related fields.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, proactive and willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Basic skills in Canva and/or video editing tools such as CapCut are an advantage.
• Able to create simple and attractive visual/video content.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Comfortable appearing in videos or creating content is an advantage.
• No prior working experience required; students who are passionate about marketing and content creation are encouraged to apply.
