About the Job

• We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Full-Stack Developer who will play a key role in the end-to-end delivery of internal technology solutions. The role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, solution and system design, application development, integration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications aligned with our overall technology and solution architecture.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and implement Python-based full-stack applications for internal projects.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Python, Django, and REST APIs.
• Develop responsive and scalable frontend applications using modern frameworks such as React and CSS/SCSS.
• Analyze the impact of changes on existing and new systems and recommend optimal technical solutions.
• Design and implement integrations using Message Queuing (MQ), microservices, REST APIs, and other enterprise integration technologies.
• Develop and optimize solutions supporting high-volume batch processing.
• Design, develop, and optimize database queries and structures using MS SQL and/or Oracle.
• Conduct unit testing and ensure code quality across Python and JavaScript components.
• Follow established Change Management, Engineering Review, and Software Development Methodology (SDM) processes.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture principles, standards, and the overall technology roadmap.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall development methodologies.
• Apply CI/CD, DevOps, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and other software engineering best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams on technical delivery, application maintenance, and production support.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective, sustainable solutions.
• Drive the development and delivery of large and complex software components.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system designs, and relevant UML/object models.
• Qualifications6–9 years of hands-on experience in software development and implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong experience in web application development and modern software engineering practices.
• Proven experience developing Python/Django-based backend applications.
• Strong experience with frontend development, preferably using React and CSS/SCSS.
• Experience supporting or implementing large-scale, highly available applications or complex enterprise projects.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, system design, and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations involving MQ, microservices, REST APIs, and high-volume batch processing.
• Strong knowledge of unit testing and test automation for Python and JavaScript applications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), DevOps, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
• Experience with MS SQL and/or Oracle, including database design, SQL development, and query optimization.
• Familiarity with various source control and software development tools.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
