We're looking for a digital marketer who understands that e-commerce doesn't stop at generating traffic.

You'll work across the entire online customer journey — improving the Shopify experience, running paid campaigns, building automated customer journeys and using performance data to drive the next round of growth.

You'll also collaborate with an international UK team, giving you exposure beyond the local market.

What You'll Bring

• Japanese speaking ability
• Hands-on experience with Shopify
• Good understanding of online customer journeys & conversion flow
• Experience managing Google Ads
• Experience with Meta Ads – Facebook & Instagram
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
• Klaviyo experience is preferred
• Comfortable analysing campaign & customer data
• Results-driven approach to digital marketing
• Able to collaborate with local & international stakeholders

Your responsibilities include:

• Improve Shopify customer experience & conversion journeys
• Plan, launch and analyse paid digital campaigns
• Manage audience segmentation & automated email workflows
• Track traffic, leads, conversions & campaign KPIs
• Turn performance data into optimisation opportunities
• Support digital promotion of consumer products
• Coordinate social, email & e-commerce content
• Analyse customer behaviour to improve retention
• Research competitors & emerging e-commerce trends
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager & UK stakeholders
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for campaign delivery
