Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence Required
Ah Mah Cooks is seeking a reliable and hands-on Demi Chef to support our daily kitchen and catering operations. As the role includes occasional collection and delivery duties, applicants must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation, cooking, portioning and packing
Ensure food is prepared accurately, consistently and on schedule
Support daily kitchen and catering operations
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
Assist with stock receiving, storage and inventory checks
Drive the company vehicle for collections and deliveries when required
Load and unload food, supplies and catering equipment safely
Perform other operational duties assigned by the management
Requirements
Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence is mandatory
Relevant kitchen or catering experience is preferred
Food Safety Course Level 1 certification is preferred
Familiarity with local cuisine would be an advantage
Physically fit and comfortable handling catering supplies
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required
Responsible, punctual and able to work well within a team
