Job Summary

Oversee daily restaurant operations to drive financial performance, maximize profitability, and ensure excellent customer service. Lead and develop staff while maintaining safety and operational standards to enhance overall restaurant performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Analyze financial performance including profit and loss, and implement cost control measures to meet budget targets
• Develop and manage the restaurant’s budget and forecasts to align with management expectations
• Maximize restaurant profitability through strategic operational and financial management
• Monitor and improve restaurant performance regularly by conducting cost analysis and process reviews
• Supervise food safety and operational safety protocols to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for customers
• Deliver professional customer service by meeting customer needs and resolving service issues with tact and diplomacy
• Lead operational improvements to enhance service culture and maximize customer satisfaction
• Control labor costs by creating effective manpower schedules and monitoring staff leave
• Conduct staff counseling and recommend disciplinary actions, including termination, to management when necessary
• Manage, supervise, and develop team members to optimize manpower utilization
• Perform all restaurant administrative duties and support management with ad-hoc tasks as required
