Concierge Customer Service
$2,700 - $4,000/month
AWS + VB (up to 3 months )
5-day work week, inclusive of 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
What You’ll Own
Be the face of BullionStar
Welcome every customer, understand their needs, guide them through our products, and complete transactions with accuracy and care. Whether it’s a single coin or a large gold order, you’ll deliver the same professionalism and build relationships that keep customers coming back.
Handle precious metals
Work directly with gold, silver, and platinum — assisting with purchases, sell-backs, and authenticity checks. Precision is critical, and you’ll develop strong product knowledge to ensure everything is handled correctly.
Spot problems & improve
Don’t just follow instructions — think critically. If you see a way to improve processes or customer experience, raise it and suggest solutions. You may also contribute to marketing, our affiliate program, and customer care initiatives.
Thrive on variety
Switch between serving customers at the counter and handling support via email or phone. This variety keeps the role dynamic and gives you a broad view of how we serve customers.
Use AI & technology
Apply AI and digital tools to work smarter — from drafting communications to streamlining inventory and researching market trends.
