We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at 8 Korean BBQ! If you have strong culinary skills, enjoy working with quality meats, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Run your assigned kitchen station efficiently
• Prepare and cook dishes to our quality and presentation standards
• Maintain proper food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
• Assist with prep, inventory, and stock control
• Guide and support junior kitchen staff
• Ensure smooth coordination during service

Requirements

• At least 2 years of kitchen experience (CDP experience a bonus)
• Strong cooking and grill skills; Korean BBQ experience is a plus
• Good teamwork, communication, and time-management
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
