Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a BIM Engineer. The BIM Engineer will create, manage, and update building information models, generate construction drawings, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including MEP, architectural, and civil engineering professionals. The role involves ensuring compliance with project specifications and delivering accurate and reliable designs to support various project phases, from conceptual design to completion.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modelling (BIM) for various project stages and disciplines
• Experience in producing and reviewing high-quality Construction Drawings
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design coordination
• Solid understanding of Architecture and Civil Engineering concepts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
• Familiarity with relevant software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and communicate complex concepts clearly
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
