Full Time PROCUREMENT CONTRACT MANAGER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Hammer Engineering Selangor - Maukerja

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE

1. Understanding the technical data and specifications that a designer, technician or engineering team requires.

2. Communicating equipment needs to the supplier.

3. Compare prices, specifications and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.

4. Calculate costs of orders and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts.

5. Maintain knowledge of all organizational and governmental rules affecting purchases and provide information about these rules to organization staff members and to vendors.

6. Negotiating with suppliers on points like price, schedule, quantity and packaging.

7. Evaluating vendors and procurement strategies for efficiency and value.

8. Reviewing legal and contractual responsibilities for both the supplier and the company.

9. Facilitating communication between company stakeholders, managers and other team members regarding technical procurement.

10. Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests

11. Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries and other problems.

12. Review requisition orders to verify accuracy, terminology and specifications.

13. Prepare, maintain and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

1. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

1. Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively close deals.

2. Possess effective problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.

3. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

4. Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
