Responsibilities:

• Ensure customers are given a warm welcome and attend to their needs and queries
• Upselling and suggestive selling of our box office, F&B products, and merchandises
• To follow and abide all cash handling procedures
• Ensure SOP compliance at all touch points

Requirements

• Minimum SPM with good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Knowledgeable and experience in retail, F&B and servicing line is an added advantage.
• Friendly, active, fun and outgoing.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and able to liaise with people from all levels Team-spirited, responsible and with a positive work attitude
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
