Role Description The Junior Sales & Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The individual in this role will support day-to-day sales activities, including identifying potential clients, following up on leads, and assisting with client presentations. They will help plan and execute marketing campaigns, contribute to social media and digital outreach, and support the creation of marketing materials and reports. The role includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, tracking campaign performance, and providing basic market research and competitor analysis. The Junior Sales & Marketing professional will also assist in organizing events or promotional activities and maintain accurate documentation of sales and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest or foundational experience in sales, customer outreach, and relationship building.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles, including campaign planning, branding, and promotional activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Comfort with using digital tools and platforms such as office productivity software, social media, and basic CRM systems.
• Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur, collaborate effectively in a team, and manage time and tasks responsibly.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret simple data or metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and take initiative in supporting sales and marketing goals.
