Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Beautician to deliver quality beauty treatments, manage client feedback, maintain customer records, train junior staff, and support daily shop operations across multiple locations in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Deliver hands-on beauty services including nails, facial treatments, lash extensions, hair removal, and body treatments to ensure client satisfaction
Manage client feedback and resolve complaints efficiently to maintain high service standards
Maintain accurate customer records and beauty history to support personalized service delivery
Conduct training sessions and performance appraisals for junior staff to enhance team skills and service quality
Assist the manager in daily shop operations to ensure smooth business functioning
Work on weekends and public holidays as required to meet client demand
Travel within Singapore to provide services at multiple workplace locations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Demonstrated skills in beauty treatments such as waxing, lashes, nails, and facial care
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members
Ability to work effectively as a team player
Experience in conducting appraisals and staff training
