Job Overview
Join our team in a dynamic project support role involving the management and day-to-day operations of a digital application. You will support system enhancements, testing, incident management, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and general project operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Support incident triaging, reporting, including tracking and maintaining incident listing.
- Track the status of enhancement backlog across programmes for regular reporting.
- Coordinate, track and seek clearance for monthly app releases, including post-release checks and follow-up.
- Support requirements documentation, clarification, testing of app features, and work closely with development teams to ensure the functionality and quality assurance, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Report gaps and track issues through to resolution.
- Liaise with stakeholders on communications activities, including updating user guides, FAQs, and other supporting materials.
- Support the tracking and basic analysis of user data and feedback for reporting purposes.
- Raise and follow up on IT service requests or incidents, and support the monitoring and updating of risk register.
- Maintain and improve documentation of user flows, feature mechanics, policies, processes, and SOPs to support operational efficiency.
- Communicate process documentation to stakeholders and address clarification queries to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Support mobile app knowledge documentation, including training the knowledge AI bot.
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to ensure smooth system functioning.
- Provide secretariat and coordination support, including meeting arrangements, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and tracking of action items.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or above, preferably in IT related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in user acceptance testing, administrative, or operations support functions, preferably in project management or digital solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel (e.g. data reconciliation, pivot tables, basic formulas and reporting).
- Good administrative, coordination, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
- Experience in meeting coordination, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data, records, and documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable handling operational and ad hoc tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in SOP documentation or process improvement will be an advantage.
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
