Responsibilities
About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Operations Support Officer to support the day-to-day operations and facilities of an education environment. The role covers general upkeep, logistics support, room access and basic administrative duties.
Salary:
$1,700 – $1,900/month
Location:
West Singapore
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 9.15am – 6.30pm
Friday: 10.15am – 6.30pm
Job Scope
Maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of equipment and work areas
Support the setup and arrangement of furniture and equipment for school activities and events
Assist with logistical arrangements and movement of equipment when required
Accompany contractors during scheduled inspections, servicing and maintenance works
Manage the opening and securing of designated rooms and facilities
Assist with basic cleaning of classrooms and designated rooms
Support the locking and securing of classrooms, staff areas and other facilities
Perform simple administrative and office-related duties
Carry out other operational tasks as assigned
Requirements
Comfortable performing hands-on operational and facilities-related duties
Prior Experience in School Operation Management will be advantageous
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently as well as with a team
