Full Time MEP Cost Manager Jobs, in Redfish Solutions Ltd - Maukerja

An established international cost consultancy is looking to appoint a MEP Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join its growing Singapore team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious quantity surveying professional to work on a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across the South East Asia.

The successful candidate will have experience across both pre-contract and post-contract cost management services and will be looking to develop their career within a collaborative and professional consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver cost management services throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Prepare cost plans, estimates and feasibility studies.
• Undertake tender documentation, tender analysis and procurement advice.
• Manage valuations, payment applications and cost reporting.
• Assess and negotiate variations and change control.
• Prepare final accounts and support project close-out.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Assist in maintaining high standards of commercial and contractual advice.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years' experience, with 8+ years' experience being highly desirable.
• Consultancy experience in cost management/quantity surveying.
• Strong knowledge of both pre-contract and post-contract services.
• Experience using CostX is highly desirable.
• MRICS qualified or currently working towards chartership is preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Due to visa restrictions applicants must have a valid residency in Singapore.
