Budget: RM 6,000 – RM 10,000/month

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist / Manager with strong B2B digital marketing experience to drive lead generation, content strategy, brand visibility, and marketing performance for an enterprise technology business.

Key Responsibilities

*Plan and execute B2B digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, search engines, and email to generate qualified leads.

*Develop industry-focused content including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and solution guides.

Manage LinkedIn and other enterprise social media channels to build thought leadership and brand presence.

*Manage Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, including budget allocation, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.

*Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.

*Develop lead-nurturing strategies and ensure sales-ready opportunities are passed to the Enterprise Sales team.

*Track and report KPIs including CAC, MQLs, SQLs, CTR, and pipeline contribution.

*Optimize website content and campaigns for enterprise SEO.

*Work closely with B2B enterprise sales teams to align marketing activities with business and revenue goals.

Requirements

*Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, Business, or a related field.

*3–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, IT Software, or Enterprise Technology.

*Proven experience in B2B lead generation through LinkedIn Ads, Google Search, and content marketing.

*Strong copy-editing and technical writing skills.

*Ability to simplify complex fintech and software concepts into clear customer-focused content.

*Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress/CMS, and CRM marketing automation platforms.
