Marketing Assistant

Runaway Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based digital solutions and e-commerce company that helps businesses build and grow their online presence. Our work covers e-commerce, digital marketing, website solutions and online platforms, supporting businesses in reaching and engaging their customers more effectively.

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and e-commerce activities. You will work closely with the team on day-to-day marketing tasks, online campaigns, content updates and market research while gaining hands-on experience across digital and e-commerce channels.

What you will be doing

• Assist with planning and executing online marketing campaigns across relevant digital platforms
• Support the management and updating of the company’s website, social media channels and e-commerce platforms
• Prepare and coordinate marketing content for social media, websites and online campaigns
• Assist with promotional activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and e-commerce marketplaces
• Monitor online trends, competitor activities and customer behaviour
• Assist in tracking website traffic, campaign performance and other marketing metrics
• Support the team in reviewing campaign results and identifying areas for improvement
• Assist with product promotions, online listings and campaign updates
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure marketing activities are completed on schedule
• Conduct basic market research and gather information on relevant industry and consumer trends
• Assist with general marketing administration and other marketing-related tasks when required

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce or a related field is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in marketing are welcome to apply
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing channels
• Basic photo and video editing skills will be an advantage
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently as well as as part of a team
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn
• Experience with similar e-commerce platforms will be an advantage

Working hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Location: Singapore
Salary: SGD 3,000 – 3,300 per month

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,300.00 per month
