Job Description

Responsibilities

PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Key Responsibilities

Patient Consultation and Assessment

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ conditions, including medical history, movement capabilities, strength, posture and functional abilities.
  • Identify patient goals and tailor evaluations to design effective treatment strategies.

Posture & Movement Guidance

  • Observe and guide patients throughtherapeutic exercises to ensure correct technique and postural alignment
  • Develop individualized treatment plansbased on assessments, goals and collaboration with referring healthcareprofessionals

Therapeutic Treatments

  • Administer physiotherapy interventions including rehabilitation exercises, manual therapy and therapeutic modalities
  • Monitor and evaluate progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal functional outcomes

Patient Management

  • Educate patients on injury prevention,ergonomic practices, self-care techniques and structured home exercise programs
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting assessments, treatment plans and progress
  • Support patient and family education to empower long-term health and functional independence

Interdisciplinary Collaboration

  • Work alongside Chiropractors, TCM Physiciansand Wellness Therapists to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care for each patient

Customer Service & Communication

  • Deliver compassionate care with strong communication skills, ensuring patients feel supported, informed and comfortable throughout their rehabilitation journey
  • Demonstrate professionalism and empathy, consistently upholding high standards of patient-centered service.

Qualifications& Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy or equivalent, from an accredited institution
  • Full AHPC registration (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 3 years of physiotherapy experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with caring, patient-centered approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a professional healthcare setting
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn new rehabilitation techniques
