INTERNSHIP - HUMAN RESOURCE

We are looking for highly enthusiastic interns who can join immediately the Human Resource Department to assist in the day to day HR matters.

Working Location: Wisma Chase Perdana (accessible by MRT)

Working Hours: 8.30AM - 5.30PM (Monday to Friday)

MAIN JOB TASKs

A) Recruitment

• Assist in the recruitment process i.e. reviewing resumes, shortlisting, coordinating and arranging interviews, joining in the interview session. Also required to post job advertisements in social media and job portals
• Assist in the new hire onboarding process
• Assist in preparing employment letters and other HR on-boarding paperwork

B) Medical claims/Leave records

• Assist in reviewing and updating database on staff medical expense claims
• Assist in updating staff leave records

C) HR Operation

• Assist in the day to day running of human resource matters
• Support the Head of Human Resource in any HR ad-hoc task or special projects

Requirements:

• Studying Bachelors in Human Resources/Business Administrative/Psychology or relevant courses.
• Communication and written skills in English is a MUST
• Proficient in using Microsoft suite applications.
• Attentive to details, good organising and planning skills
• Good team player, fast learned and able to adapt in fast-paced working environment
• Minimum 3 months internship.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month
