• Lead the strategy, architecture, and deployment of internal digital applications, workflow automation, and AI-driven solutions
• Balance a hands-on approach (50% fullstack development & system design) with team management responsibilities (50%)
• Hire your own engineering team of 3 to 5 developers
• Oversee end-to-end software delivery from initial problem definition through deployment, maintenance, and continuous optimization

skills and requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Min 7 years of software engineering experience, including a background in technical leadership, team management, or complex delivery ownership.
• Strong fullstack proficiency with modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React/Vue), RESTful APIs, and relational/non-relational databases.
• Practical experience designing, deploying, and maintaining secure, scalable cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Demonstrated track record of building automated workflow tools, internal digital products, or integrating AI/ML capabilities into software workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguous business requirements.
