Full Time Quality Assurance Executive (Product Quality - Gov Project) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in CORESTAFF PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Our client is a leading logistics and supply chain services provider supporting large-scale operational and government-related logistics requirements.

We are looking for a QA Executive to support product quality assurance and inspection activities for items supplied to end users. The role will focus on ensuring products such as uniforms, footwear, PPE and other equipment meet the required specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct incoming, in-process and outgoing product inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Inspect product quality including materials, dimensions, colour, workmanship, functionality and overall condition.

• Conduct sampling inspections based on established AQL / sampling standards.

• Review product samples and evaluate compliance against customer requirements and technical specifications.

• Identify, document and follow up on defective or non-conforming products.

• Work with suppliers and internal teams to investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.

• Support root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain QA inspection records, reports, SOPs and other relevant quality documentation.

• Assist with internal/external audits and ensure quality requirements are consistently maintained.

• Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Materials, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in QA/QC, product inspection, supplier quality or related quality functions.

• Experience in incoming/outgoing inspection or physical product quality inspection will be advantageous.

• Familiarity with AQL sampling, ISO 9001 or QMS is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working in an operational/logistics environment.
