OPERATIONS /COORDINATION – ONGOING OPPORTUNITIES

We are assisting our clients with ongoing recruitment for Operations and Coordination positions across Singapore.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on the position, duties may include:

• Coordinating day-to-day operational activities

• Scheduling and coordinating resources, appointments or assignments

• Monitoring operational records and documentation

• Liaising with internal departments, clients, vendors and service providers

• Following up on operational matters and outstanding tasks

• Preparing reports and maintaining relevant records

• Supporting events, projects and operational programmes

• Assisting with process improvement and other operational activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant qualifications and/or experience in operations, coordination, administration or a related field will be considered

• Good organisational and coordination skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications where required

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

• Monday to Friday, 5-day work week

• Work locations are island wide and will depend on the specific position

• Salary will be commensurate with the job scope, relevant qualifications, skills, experience and prevailing market rates

• Working hours and employment duration will vary according to the specific position
