Full Time Project Manager, Integrity and Inspection Jobs, in Jadestone Energy Federal Territory - Maukerja

The role will be based at the Kuala Lumpur Office and engaged on a one-year contract under a third-party manpower arrangement.

1.0 Qualifications & Experience

• BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years experience in offshore oil & gas, preferably in Malaysia.
• Proven experience in Asset Integrity Restoration / Backlog Reduction programmes.
• Strong understanding of risk screening criteria and integrity assessment workflow.
• Experience in planning and executing offshore inspection and repair campaigns.
• Experience managing offshore logistics (vessels, POB, materials, scheduling).
• Familiar with operational readiness requirements for offshore facilities.
  
  

2.0 Position Purpose

To lead and execute asset integrity restoration and inspection programmes for offshore facilities, ensuring safe, efficient and timely closure of integrity anomalies through structured risk-based planning, offshore execution, and effective contractor coordination.

3.0 Key Responsibilities

3.1 Offshore Execution & Logistics

• Plan and coordinate offshore campaigns, including:
• inspection activities
• Asset Integrity Restoration Repair (piping & structure) campaigns
• vessel and accommodation arrangements & coordination with Operations
• Coordinate logistics for offshore execution, including:
• materials mobilisation with communications with Logistics team
• contractor deployment with communications with Logistics team
• offshore access and scheduling with communications with Operations Planner
• Ensure execution readiness including:
• work packs & method statements review and approval follow ups
• risk assessments (JSA/TRA) drafting, review and approval follow ups
3.2 Project & Contract Management


• Manage integrity repair projects (brownfield / offshore) from planning to execution
• Coordinate contractors and service providers to deliver work safely and on schedule
• Monitor cost, schedule and execution performance
  
  
3.3 Operational Readiness & Assurance

• Ensure all integrity work is aligned with facility operational constraints and readiness
• Interface with Operations to ensure:
• safe execution
• minimal production disruption
• compliance with operating envelope

4.0 Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare technical reports, integrity dashboards, and project progress updates.
• Maintain engineering documentation including drawings, inspection reports, and repair records.
• Support management reporting on asset integrity status and project progress.
