Job Summary

Join STL as a key sales team member, managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring smooth order processing to expand our business and customer base.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide tailored product and service recommendations to meet client needs
• Source products and obtain competitive pricing from suppliers to prepare accurate quotations based on customer requests
• Verify pricing, stock availability, and order status using the inventory management system to ensure accurate information
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals and follow up on procurement and order fulfillment
• Coordinate with internal departments to process orders, prepare documentation, and arrange timely deliveries
• Support in-house sales activities and maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams
• Perform sales administration tasks and assist with ad hoc duties as assigned to support business operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or willingness to learn in a junior sales role
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and coordinate effectively with teams

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Passion for sales support and eagerness to develop product knowledge

• 5-day workweek, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm
