Are you interested in financial advisory but not ready to take an immediate all-or-nothing career risk?
We are selecting a small number of university graduates and mid-career professionals for a structured three-month paid career transition programme.
Selected candidates will receive guaranteed monthly base support while completing professional training, organising activities, developing client-engagement skills and gaining real exposure to the financial advisory profession.

Three-Month Review and Progression
A formal review will be conducted at the end of the third month.
Candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, initiative, professional conduct and development potential may be offered:
- An extension of the programme;
- An increase in monthly base support;
- Additional responsibilities and career-development opportunities; or
- Progression into a longer-term financial advisory arrangement.
Candidates may also choose to move into an available performance-linked compensation package at any time, subject to eligibility and the applicable programme terms.
Performance-linked packages may offer higher financial support and incentives but will include corresponding business production requirements.
What You Will Do
Client Events and Engagement
- Plan and organise networking sessions, financial education talks, client appreciation events and other engagement activities
- Invite potential clients and suitable career candidates to attend
- Coordinate activities with existing financial consultants and external partners
- Follow up with attendees and arrange further discussions
- Develop activity concepts that support both client acquisition and team recruitment
Social Media and Digital Marketing
- Create financial education, lifestyle and career-related content
- Support the team’s social media presence and online campaigns
- Generate enquiries through suitable digital platforms
- Respond to online enquiries and arrange appointments
- Ensure that all content complies with company and regulatory requirements
Business Development
- Identify potential client groups, communities and professional partners
- Build relationships with prospective clients and referral partners
- Conduct regular outreach and follow-up activities
- Maintain proper records of contacts, enquiries, activities and appointments
- Support the team’s client-development and recruitment initiatives
Professional Development
- Complete the required training and CMFAS examinations
- Learn financial needs analysis, protection planning, wealth accumulation and retirement planning
- Attend product, compliance and client-service training
- Observe and assist experienced consultants with suitable client cases
- After completing all regulatory and appointment requirements, conduct client discussions and provide financial recommendations under proper supervision
How Performance Will Be Assessed
There is no minimum sales target
for the guaranteed monthly base support during the initial three-month period.
However, candidates are expected to participate actively and complete their agreed responsibilities. Overall performance will be assessed based on:
- Attitude, initiative and consistency
- Participation in training and professional development
- Progress in the required CMFAS examinations
- Quality and execution of client activities
- Social media and content contribution
- Outreach, appointment-setting and follow-up
- Communication and relationship-building ability
- Professional conduct and compliance
- Ability to manage time independently
- Contribution to the team’s client and recruitment pipeline
Requirements
- Must possess a recognised university degree or Poly Diploma
- Candidates who have passed relevant CMFAS examinations will have an advantage
- Fresh graduates and mid-career candidates are welcome
- Energetic, proactive and self-motivated
- Willing to meet people, organise activities and follow up consistently
- Comfortable using social media and digital communication platforms
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, ethical and willing to learn
- Able to manage time independently under a flexible working arrangement
- Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore
- Final appointment is subject to the relevant regulatory and company requirements
Who Will Succeed in This Programme?
You do not need to be highly extroverted or already have a large personal network. However, you must be willing to take initiative, communicate with people and follow up consistently.
The purpose of the monthly base support is to give selected candidates financial breathing room while they learn, gain practical experience and determine whether financial advisory is the right long-term career for them.
