Responsibilities
About the role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented
Sales Associate
to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with individual customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products and services, and supporting them throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and requirements
Introduce and recommend suitable products and services based on customers' needs
Attend to customer enquiries through various communication channels
Follow up with leads and prospective customers in a timely and professional manner
Explain product features, pricing, packages and promotions clearly and accurately
Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to successful completion
Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
Provide after-sales support and follow up with customers where required
Work towards individual and team sales targets
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities
Keep abreast of product offerings, promotions and relevant market developments
Work closely with team members to achieve overall sales and business objectives
Perform other sales and customer service-related duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum GCE N/O Level, Higher Nitec, Diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in B2C sales, retail, customer service or other customer-facing roles will be an advantage
Candidates without prior sales experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and comfortable working towards sales targets
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
