Responsibilities
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Operations/ Operations Manager (Air Conditioning)
to oversee daily ACMV operations, including managing manpower resources for job orders, issuance of equipment and materials for installation work, optimising work processes, improving cost management, identifying innovative technologies, resolving technical issues and handling customer feedback. The role ensures operational efficiency, service quality, cost control, team management and customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
o Plan, schedule, and monitor installation activities.
o Optimize manpower allocation and resource utilization.
o Develop SOPs for installation works.
o Conduct performance evaluations and training programs.
o Ensure team compliance with safety standards and company policies.
o Motivate and develop technical teams for high performance.
o Address service complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
o Monitor expenses and control operational costs.
o Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
o Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
o Maintain proper documentation for regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education & Certifications
Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in ACMV operations
At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Technical Skills
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF, Split AC, FCU)
Familiar with local codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Strong coordination skills in managing multiple stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to changes
Analytical thinking and problem-solving
