Job Description:

• Report to Project Director/Manager
• Provide admin duties and clerical supports to site personnel.
• Liaise closely with HQ procurement staff for the procurement of necessary materials.
• Calculate incentives and monitor timesheet for workers.
• Maintain a proper filing system.
• Other duties as assigned by Project Director/Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Willing to work at Site
• Good Knowledge on Microsoft office
