Full Time Supply Chain Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Pure Mylk Selangor - Maukerja

1. Job Purpose

The Supply Chain Executive provides operational support across procurement, logistics, warehouse and shipping functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day supply chain activities in support of production and customer requirements.

2. Key Accountabilities

- Support procurement activities including purchase order issuance, supplier follow-up and documentation.

- Coordinate logistics and shipping arrangements, including import/export documentation where required.

- Assist with warehouse and inventory monitoring, ensuring accurate stock records.

- Prepare supply chain reports and maintain accurate records for internal and external stakeholders.

- Support ad-hoc supply chain projects and process improvement initiatives.

3. Job Requirements/ Qualifications

Educational Background

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related field.

Working Experience

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in supply chain, procurement or logistics.

Required language(s)

Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written)

Required Knowledge

Procurement processes, logistics/warehouse operations, import/export documentation.

Required skill (s)

Good communication and coordination skills; proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
