Position Title: Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full project development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct detailed business analysis to develop application solutions and designs that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Oversee daily operations, including system monitoring, issue management, and resolution.
• Perform qualitative, quantitative, and root-cause analysis to address business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Balance strategic thinking with a deep understanding of business needs, ensuring solutions are aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with IT security best practices and governance standards in all business processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand and contribute to the systems integration process, especially in environments involving diverse technologies.
• Support procurement and governance processes, with knowledge of Singapore Government frameworks being an advantage.
• Provide insights into financial instruments to guide system improvements and decision-making, especially in financial operations.
• Work with the S.W.I.F.T messaging platform and its infrastructure, offering expertise or a willingness to gain in-depth knowledge.
• Knowledge of or experience with SimCorp Dimension is highly advantageous, contributing to system efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on application solutioning and systems integration.
• Hands-on experience in managing operations, system monitoring, and resolving complex issues.
• In-depth understanding of IT security best practices and compliance.
• Familiarity with diverse technical platforms and systems integration processes.
• Experience with Singapore Government procurement processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial instruments and the SWIFT messaging platform is beneficial.
• Familiarity with SimCorp Dimension is an added advantage.
