A Manicurist Consultant provides expert advice and personalized services to clients, enhancing their nail care routines and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. They combine technical nail care skills with consultation expertise to recommend products, treatments, and maintenance routines tailored to each client’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional manicure and pedicure services, including nail shaping, cuticle care, polish application, and hand/foot massages.
• Assess clients’ nail health and recommend suitable treatments, products, and routines to maintain or improve nail condition.
• Educate clients on proper nail care techniques and the use of recommended products.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Stay updated on the latest nail care trends, techniques, and products.
• Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Promote and upsell nail care products and treatments to clients.
• Keep detailed records of client preferences, treatments, and product recommendations.
• Collaborate with salon staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Attend training sessions and industry events to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in manicure, pedicure, nail art, and use of nail care tools and products.
• Knowledge: Understanding of nail health, skin care, and recommended products and treatments.
• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to educate clients and recommend suitable nail care routines and products.
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly attitude.
• Hygiene Standards: Knowledge of sanitation and sterilization procedures.

• Experience in beauty consulting or sales.
