Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for an E-Commerce Intern to assist our team with the daily operation of our TikTok Shop and other online marketplace activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Process daily TikTok Shop orders and monitor order status.
  • Assist with stock picking, packing and order fulfilment.
  • Maintain and update product listings, prices, variations and stock information.
  • Reply to basic customer enquiries and assist with order-related issues.
  • Monitor cancelled, returned and refunded orders.
  • Assist with TikTok Shop campaigns, vouchers and promotional activities.
  • Upload product photos, videos and other listing content.
  • Monitor stock availability and report low-stock or listing issues to the team.
  • Prepare simple sales and order reports.
  • Assist the E-Commerce team with other Shopee, TikTok Shop and online sales activities when required.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM650.00 per month

Work Location: In person
