Conduct daily inspection and preventive maintenance of outlet facilities and equipment
Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs for air-conditioning, refrigeration/freezers, plumbing, lighting, electrical equipment and general facilities
Respond to maintenance issues such as power trips, water leaks, equipment breakdowns, lighting failures and air-conditioning faults
Carry out basic plumbing, replacement of light bulbs, fixtures and fittings, and other general maintenance works
Identify faults that require licensed or specialist contractors and coordinate the necessary repair works
Coordinate with external contractors, LEWs, plumbers, air-conditioning technicians and other service providers
Support renovation, upgrading and installation of new equipment
Maintain maintenance, inspection and safety records
Monitor spare parts and maintenance supplies
Provide facilities support for another entertainment outlet within Far East Square when required
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant facilities / building / F&B / hotel maintenance experience
Hands-on experience in general facilities troubleshooting and minor repairs
General knowledge of air-conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing and basic electrical troubleshooting
Able to independently identify and troubleshoot common equipment faults
Able to recognise when regulated works need to be escalated to licensed personnel
Experience with commercial kitchen equipment is advantageous
Experience with professional lighting and sound equipment is advantageous
Basic troubleshooting of POS systems, routers or other outlet equipment is advantageous
Relevant technical or trade certification is advantageous
Comfortable working in a lively F&B / live-music / KTV environment
Able to work PM shifts and respond to urgent maintenance matters when required
