Job Overview

We are looking for a Regional Strategy Manager to support business planning and strategic initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. The role will work closely with regional teams to analyse market trends, identify business opportunities and support initiatives that improve operational performance and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support regional business strategies and planning initiatives
• Analyse market trends, industry developments and business performance
• Identify opportunities to improve services, processes and regional operations
• Work with country teams to coordinate strategic projects and initiatives
• Prepare business analysis, reports and presentations for management
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular business updates
• Support market research and evaluation of potential business opportunities
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across different regional teams
• Help develop plans to improve operational efficiency and service quality
• Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders across the region

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Marketing or a related discipline
• 4+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, consulting, business development or operations
• Experience in recruitment, professional services or B2B environments is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of business performance and market analysis
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good project management and stakeholder coordination abilities
• Comfortable working with regional teams and managing multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools

Pay: $8,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month
