Core Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, and issue payments.
• Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate customer invoices, record incoming receipts, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Reconciliation: Compare bank statements with the general ledger to find and fix discrepancies.
• Data Entry: Input daily financial transactions accurately into accounting software and spreadsheets.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for audit readiness.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing routine monthly expense reports and basic financial summaries.
