Your Impact

You will deliver category insights, market intelligence, and analytical support by combining internal data with external market and category intelligence. Working across global procurement categories, you will ensure data integrity and consistency while developing spend and demand baselines, dashboards, KPIs, benchmarks, cost and value-chain models, and scenario analyses that enable better business decisions.

You will identify, research, and synthesise external insights including supply market trends, cost drivers, indices, benchmarks, and industry developments to complement internal analytics and translate into actionable insights. You will apply descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to explain trends, identify opportunities, and inform future outcomes. You will also support complex sourcing and procurement projects through project coordination, risk and issue tracking, analytical inputs, and the development of fact-based materials that support key decision points.

Through exposure to category analytics, supply market intelligence, and strategic sourcing initiatives, you will build strong category expertise and insight-led decision-making capabilities, creating a pathway into future category management and procurement leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver category insights and analytics by combining internal procurement data with external market intelligence to support sourcing and category initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, spend baselines, and analytical models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high data integrity.
• Analyse procurement, operational, and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support global category teams and complex procurement projects by providing structured analysis, reports, and fact-based materials for decision-making.
• Use analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, SQL, automation tools) to create scalable, repeatable, and automated reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting standards, and analytics processes across the global procurement function.
• Present insights in a clear and business-relevant format and support users in understanding dashboards, reports, and analytics outputs.
  
  

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field, with relevant experience in procurement, analytics, reporting, or data-driven roles.
• Experience working with Procurement systems, ERP platforms, or data management tools, with strong skills in Excel and analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets, develop dashboards, and translate data into clear business insights.
• High attention to detail with a structured approach to work, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders in an international environment.
• Experience with automation, SQL, advanced analytics tools, or Agile ways of working is an advantage.
