Full Time Licensing Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,200 in Micro Energy Holdings (M) Federal Territory - Maukerja

1. To handle submissions.

2. Check all the documents and information required in order to submit the application.

3. Making sure that all necessary documentations are prepared to avoid delay in submission.

4. Do the necessary printing & scanning of related documents for submission purposes.

5. To check and notify respective sales representatives for any incomplete.

6. Ability to do regular follow ups to check on the status of the submissions.

7. Once submission is made, need to notify finance/account department to proceed with submission payment fee.

8. Educating on guideline and license submission guideline to company.

9. Ensuring all inquiries are answered for any returned application.

10. Follow up the status application.

11. In charged of the arrangement and preparation of hardcopy license collection.

Job Type: Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
