As we continue expanding our Porsche parts distribution business both locally and internationally, we are looking for a motivated Admin Assistant (Parts Distribution Specialist) to join our growing team.

No prior experience is required. We welcome fresh graduates and individuals who are eager to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with processing automotive parts orders accurately and efficiently.

• Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, stock availability, and delivery schedules.

• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative documents.

• Update and maintain inventory, pricing, and customer records.

• Liaise with workshop staff to ensure parts are ordered and delivered on time.

• Track incoming and outgoing shipments and follow up on delivery status.

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using internal systems.

• Provide general administrative support to the Parts Distribution team.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma, Higher NITEC, NITEC, or equivalent qualification.

• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

• No prior experience is required as training will be provided.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook).

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Positive attitude with good communication skills.

• Passion or interest in the automotive industry is an advantage but not required.
