Job Description:
Recruit123 is helping our client to hire a Private Banking Relationship Manager. Our client is a well-established private bank serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients across Asia.
Responsibilities:
Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of HNW/UHNW client relationships
Advise clients on wealth management, investment, and banking solutions tailored to their financial goals
Identify and convert new client relationships through referrals and market networking
Ensure full compliance with KYC/AML, suitability, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with product specialists, investment counsellors, and credit teams to deliver holistic solutions
Monitor portfolio performance and proactively engage clients on market developments
Requirements:
Minimum 5-8 years' private banking or wealth management experience (portable book preferred)
Strong network within HNW/UHNW client segments (regional coverage a plus)
CACS/CMFAS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; CFA/CFP an advantage
Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and cross-selling skills
