Responsibilities
Operations & Scheduling:
Plan and coordinate daily site or precast manufacturing operations, tracking project schedules, milestones, and deadlines.
Resource & Material Management:
Allocate manpower, equipment, and building materials, ensuring inventory and requisitions meet short-term and long-term capacity constraints.
Subcontractor Oversight:
Manage on-site subcontractors and trade teams by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and resolving operational bottlenecks.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce local workplace safety and health regulations (such as WSH standards) and company quality policies.
Stakeholder Communication:
Facilitate reporting and alignment between on-site teams, suppliers, consultants, and senior management.
