SKOSH is a hand roll and matcha bar at Scotts Square, built around fresh-to-order Japanese hand rolls made with Haenuki rice from Yamagata and crisp Nico Nico nori, alongside ceremonial-grade matcha drinks. We're hiring a Commis to join our prep and service line.

You'll:

• Hand-roll sushi to order, keeping nori crisp and rice at the right temperature and texture.
• Prep fillings, sauces, and garnishes ahead of the lunch and dinner rush.
• Help prepare our matcha and specialty beverages when needed.
• Keep your station clean and food-safe, following SFA standards.
• Rotate and track stock so nothing goes to waste.
• Work closely with the team to keep counter service fast and consistent.

You need: a genuine interest in food prep and Japanese cuisine (culinary cert a plus, not required), comfort in a fast-paced counter-service environment, and availability for rotating shifts incl. weekends/PH.

Opening July 2026 at Scotts Square, we're building a fun, fast-paced team serving made-to-order hand rolls, specialty matcha, and playful seasonal creations. We're part of The Hey Co family of cafés, growing from our original Bencoolen location to a new home in the Orchard area.
