Full Time SITE SAFETY SUPERVISOR Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Raid Synergy Federal Territory - Maukerja

About the role

Raid Synergy Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Site Safety Supervisor to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance across our construction sites.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential safety hazard
• Investigating and reporting on any incidents or accidents, and implementing corrective actions
• Liaising with project managers, contractors and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation
• Providing guidance and support to site workers on safe work practices
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to site safety

What we're looking for

• Several years of experience as a Site Safety Supervisor or in a similar health and safety role within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction health and safety regulations, safe work practices and risk management principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Diploma / Degree in Engineering
• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field is highly desirable (Yellow Book) is a MUST
