Customer Service Agent (Concierge) – Jewel Changi Airport

Job Responsibilities:

Assist guests with lost and found enquiries

Facilitate redemption of ongoing promotions

Proactively introduce and extend tourist privileges to visitors

Handle general enquiries and provide way-finding assistance

Salary:

Gross monthly salary of up to $3,655

Working Hours & Schedule:

4 days work, 2 days off

10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Requirements:

Singaporeans only

Minimum of 1 GCE ‘O’ Level credit
