Full Time Business Development Manager, Travel Trade Jobs, in Ocean Park 海洋公園 Hong Kong - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute travel trade sales strategies for priority APAC markets to achieve sales volume and revenue targets.
• Drive global distribution revenue by identifying, acquiring, and managing a robust portfolio of B2B partners, including tour operators, wholesalers, OTAs, retail travel agencies, MICE agents, and consolidators.
• Design and negotiate competitive trade packages, promotions, and tactical offers in collaboration with marketing, and operations teams.
• Conduct regular sales visits, roadshows, webinars, and product trainings to strengthen product knowledge and drive programing by trade partners.
• Coordinate and host fam trips, site inspections, and trade events at the group's resorts to deepen relationships and enhance product exposure.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and distribution landscape; provide insights and recommendations for product positioning and pricing.
• Work closely with marketing to plan and implement joint campaigns, co-op marketing, and digital initiatives with key partners in each market.
• Represent the company at regional trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

• Degree in hospitality management, sales & marketing, business administration or other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in travel trade sales or business development, preferably with theme parks, attractions, hotels, or large-scale tourism products.
• Strong network with local & overseas tour operators, wholesalers, OTAs, and agencies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English is essential. Cantonese and/or Mandarin highly preferred; additional Asian languages an advantage.
• Aggressive, ambitious, organized, self-motivated, independent and able to multi task.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
