Full Time Accounts Executive (Construction, East) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in NEWCON BUILDERS PTE. LTD. East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities :

• Processing payment and prepare cheque
• Supporting Accountant in data entry and information gather for reports purpose
• Handle full sets of accounts - AR / AP/ GL
• Prepare and submit GST quarterly
• Prepare monthly accounts schedules
• Input of all accounting entries to the accounting system
• Attending to Creditors' enquires Support audit-related activities
• Proper filing and documentation of records Data entry and assisting with administrative support.
• Any other ad-hoc work instructed by superior for account related matters

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience and preferably with experience in construction companies would be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong commitment and dedication to strict adherence to reporting deadlines
• Ability to work independently and meticulously with high level of motivation
