Full Time Handyman Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in HBZ Management Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to daily maintenance requests from Airbnb properties.
• Carry out basic plumbing repairs, electrical troubleshooting and general repairs.
• Repair doors, locks, hinges, cabinets, furniture and fittings.
• Replace light bulbs, switches, sockets and basic electrical components.
• Handle minor painting, plastering and wall repairs.
• Troubleshoot air-conditioning, water heater and other property equipment.
• Inspect properties regularly and identify maintenance issues before they become major problems.
• Respond quickly to urgent maintenance issues affecting guests.
• Coordinate with external contractors for jobs beyond own expertise.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance work, spare parts and repair costs.
• Ensure all properties are safe, clean and in good working condition.
• Assist the Operations / Housekeeping team when required.

Requirements

• Experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, building technician or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs.
• Able to use basic hand and power tools.
• Able to work independently and solve problems quickly.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Responsible, punctual and trustworthy.
• Willing to travel between Airbnb properties.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
• Previous hotel, Airbnb, homestay or property-management experience is an advantage.
• 6 days per week, depending on operational requirements.
• Must be contactable for urgent maintenance matters.
• Occasional after-hours / emergency call-outs may be required.
